I am playing a holy priest in TBCC on Mankrik and selected the talents in the talent tree for Improved Power Word Fortitude. My spell book reflects that when I cast the spell a 102 Stamina buff will be applied to the character. However, when placing the cursor over the stamina buff it only reads 79. When I see other toons running around with a stamina buff on I can mouse over the buff and see it read 102. When I cast my stamina buff on anyone else it only reads 79. I have cleared my WTF and Cache folders. I have also turned off all addons in the game yet the issue still persists.
