Is this talent worth the 3 points in the Enhancement tree tier 2?
I wanna say that I come back to it later, in order to place points to move forward, but its not a priority.

i tink it depends on at what point you are. For leveling i say yes, for endgame where you arent he one taking the beating as much, perhaps not.
Just my opinion.

15% increase damage to me is worth it.you will spend most of your time getting a beating from mobs so the more damage you do to them the better.
when im questing its usually searing totem and lightning shield to conserve mana.

It’s a solid talent for leveling, even for endgame pvp.
Don’t forget that Lightning Shield is the most mana efficient damage spell that shamans have.

Powders right, it’s the most mana efficient spell while lvling. Put 3/3 imp LS and refresh in between mobs. Plus LS gets 20% from SS.
