I have 3 points in Improved Imp.
The tool tip on the pet bar shows;
Blood Pact "Increases Party members stamina by 49
Fire Shield “… causes 14 Damage to the attacker”
Blood pact buff on each party member says, “increases stamina by 38”
Fire shield buff “Does 11 damage”
Assume the increased Imp damage is also effected by this issue.
Im having the same issue, I have 3/3 on improved imp, and the buff im getting is still only 42 stamina , the same as rank 5 baseline blood pact, so no benefit from the talent, while my imp does have the 54 stamina, and the tooltip on his blood pact spells actually reads “Increses party members stamina by 54.”
Please fix this issue, otherwise the talent is just a waste.

When you have a talented increase to one of your abilities, the buff icon in game does not reflect it. The buff icons near the minimap always reflect untalented versions of abilities, despite the tooltip for it in your spell book being correct.
Here is how you measure if it is actually working correctly. Have a party member open up his character sheet. Note the amount of stamina they have. Then get your imp out. I can assure you that even though the buff icon reflects the untalented version, the actual amount of stamina you gain from blood pact is correct.

Actual buffs are there, but like you said, they don’t show on icon.
Still, I can live with it.
