After the extended down time last night, the buff tooltip appears to either be wrong, or it is giving the incorrect mp5 from the Improved Blessing of Wisdom talent. At rank 2, Improved should be giving 18 mp5, as the spell’s tooltip correctly displays, but the buff remains at 15 mp5, according to the buff’s tooltip.
I am unsure whether the buff’s tooltip itself is incorrect, or the Improved talent isn’t working on application.
Buff icons up near your minimap do not reflect talented increases to abilities. Your spell book does which is why it correctly shows the amount of MP5 considering your talents.
This same thing affects shaman totems, druids mark of the wild, priest’s fortitude etc. It’s purely visual, you are actually receiving the correct amount of MP5. It’s just that buff icons on a player only reflect untalented versions of abilities.
Thank you for the response. If it’s actually providing the mp5 intended, then I am glad, however I swear before the downtime the buff was also correctly displaying the mp5 provided. I could be wrong it seems though
