There doesn’t appear to be an option for the last 2 bosses on the LFR NPC. So no way to queue into it. Anyone else seen this issue?
Yup still an issue in 7/24
Hilarious that this is still a thing. An entire LFR wing now permanently blocked off to the playerbase. I vaguely recall this issue being raised sometime in early SL as well. So it has now been a few years that they haven’t fixed it.

I was just randomly doing LFRs for Mog today, and just came across this issue. It’s still a thing here 11/14/24. Sigh…
are you aiming for weapon or gear mogs?
if gear mogs, you can do the black empire assault in uldum/mists (not where the raid pops up that week)
the boxes award LFR gear recolor
i think one piece per week
Does this bug occur regardless if you have the Legendary Cloak or not?

@titanspit : I was just running them for random giggles (i cleared all of BFA LFRs today while I worked because I was … bored. lol (except these last 2 bosses) - and yes, I’m just going to random mogs i dont have or didnt have… 1 piece isnt going to make or break me, but really - this should be working 
Looks like it’s tied to the campaign quests for that tier. I was able to queue on a character that had already done them and gotten the cloak, but couldn’t on an Earthen that hasn’t.

I wonder if i have to be wearing it for it to show… i should check that (i previously did not, just carried it)
Equip your cloak and it should show up

Oh snap. I did not know they carried over the cloak lockout to the LFR npc. Seems kinda weird now but ok.

Yup, can confirm, wearing the cloak does in fact let you queue
