Plenty of quests are not working correctly. For example, spent 20 minutes under the shadow of the Sentinax (confirmed with visual buff) and no marks were dropped.
It also appears that the Legion Command Table is not showing Broken Shore missions for the achievement Championing our cause. Will check what other achievements are impossible to obtain, which are blocking the quest to unlock the class legendary mount, Highlord’s Golden Charger.
So what you have to do is kill some rares on the broken shore until you get some beacons. Then you use the beacons to summon the portals to kill things THEN you get the marks from the things you kill. Sometimes you get more beacons from the things that spawn from the portals but usually not that many so you either wanna get a group in groupfinder for sentinax grinding so you can share beacon spawns/loot or just grind rares till you have a bunch of beacons.
You can’t just stand under the sentinax to get the marks.

Also for the missions, that comes in the questline so if you are looking for those before you get the quest for them you likely won’t see them. You may want to look at a guide on wowhead for your class hall questline and the legionfall campaign (since you need both for the mount and it can get confusing if you don’t know what’s next)
