Impossible to complete dark fall ridge supplies, map is always empty forever can’t choose anything please help

Hi
I’ve not a boosted character, and don’t see my problem in another report
I am 120 mage

Impossible to complete « Darkfall ridge supplies » map is always empty, can’t chose anything

as well my scooting map in the hall of the guardians is always empty : for »a conjuror’s duty » impossible to valid « zone chosen »

I’ve made all my other character quests
Help please I am very limited to evolve and explore my game stuck at these.

yep me too, map is just blank, this is my first week and 6th bug, not sure if this game is worth it anymore, i can’t go any further.
