“There are a lot of bugs as to be expected with a new launch (specifically with everything revolving around boosts and packages)” Blizzard should have had people on call or a second shift ready for these problems. Its not like they cant afford it.

Try to imagine what the forums would look like today if BGs were not working yet, or whatever sacred cow people stayed up all night to play or do in a prepatch that was already 8hrs behind schedule when it finally came up. I bet the white knights would be singing a different tune.
We paid for boosts.
cause they promised a product and failed to deliver. and this isnt a freaking fresh game this is a 20 year old game. how you mess up the prepatch the third go around. also private server sseem to handle this better
Did you guys create the character you intended prior to purchasing the boost? The boost only works on existing characters. As a prerequisite, you need the character created first. If you bought the boost without creating the character then it’s on you honestly.
