- using the classic option there are arrows next to the gryphons in the ui layout you can use to move the ui bars up and down between 4 different bars. just like in classic.
- alchemy flasks and elixers NO LONGER ADDON to your remaining time even if your an alchemist. they are now capped at the 1hr mark for elixers and 2hrs for flasks. so if you use a elixer with 5 mins remaining it resets to 60mins and immediately drops to 59mins. you lose the added time for elixer/flask. havent tested flasks yet but im sure they are the same.
#2 is I deserve my bad rep. Bidets are better

Actually, it’s dependent on the grains and the person. Some people need higher calories / carbs due to muscle density and some don’t. Processed sugar like soda is a bigger factor than breads.
Each person is different and thier body may or may not need certain things.
Chug more flasks. Do eet!
