A huge YouTuber posted this video and I absolutely love it to pieces, it goes over why folks should be more accepting of LGBTQ+ representation in their gaming spaces and the amount of positive mental health this provides for the Community that is being affected.
I realize a lot of folks are curious as to the right pronoun usage and things like that so we can start small that will help more folks feel at home:
Instead of He/She we can start with They/Them, a step further would be Xe/Xer.
You can interchange them as well, and it would work just the same.
I think this video will go a long way in helping the Community at large understand why representation is important and I hope this video finds you all well!

nah, this is just your average Go Fish game, nothing high quality. More and more players are catching on that these are protected forum topics, no matter how obvious.
So you think by ramming your political affiliations down my throat everywhere I go publicly IRL, and in my private life (gaming), is the solution to making me “Happier?”
It is the exact opposite actually, I game because I don’t want to hear about these tribalist policing of what others can and can not do or say (within reason, obvi not illegal).
Further more, what good is it going to do them by irritating people with politics, or pushing their sexuality in others faces? I don’t ask people what hole they like it in when I meet them, I’d prefer they not tell me to be honest with you, I also don’t require any hints. Do you want me to judge you on your merits as a person, or on this facetious group identity with a terrible reputation? Get it together.
This is not important at all. It shouldn’t matter. None of us care what sexualization you are or prefer. We see you as just another human. All humans are the same and should be treated the same and NEVER be cast aside or made fun of. No one is more special than the next guy/girl. IMO there shouldnt be any special treatment for ANYONE in games. Keep that stuff to your self and out of them game

Blizz just really needs to start throwing the entire book at this threads like this one. Keep the LGBT lounge thread open, but this is getting pretty stupid now with how often these sorta threads are getting spammed.
That said, it also just be easier to ban the two usual suspects who spam these threads.
I haven’t really gone forward and done a comparison of the writing in any way. Not that I am a damn expert in any capacity.
I dislike the standard on the World of Warcraft forums where you can switch the character you post with, which also shows a post count and history different from your account in total.
Never had the need I suppose.

As an observation, I have never seen the same amount of reductionist requests from specific posters that I have read bodies of work from then right now. I would assume it is derived from the fact that Talonel has been eating the lions share of crow for the last hour. This is not a normal experience for them. Hats off again.
