For the Escape from Durnholde dungeon- Epoch Hunter boss
Impending Doom debuff was ridiculous to try to heal everyone with. I don’t know if it scaled over properly. I have a total of 6,251 health at Level 46 with somewhat decent gear for my level as a resto shaman and it was ticking for over 2k a hit and lasted for over 10seconds I believe. Multiple people in my group had it as well. Most of my group died.
