I recieved this grimoire from illhoof himself in old kara on 12/12/2023 with my in real life friend that comes along for fun with me on old runs. The grimoire dropped 100% im not one of those people who would waste my time and try to “trick gms” to restore a item they didnt get. This item 100% dropped I learned it and went to the barbershop and it did not unlock. First GM response is that it dropped and its a known bug no solution - no where can i find anyone else complaining about this issue - second gm response they dont see it dropped. This thing dropped 100% lol been farming it for weeks and played around with it in my bags with excitement for 2 minites before learning it. Its bugged. You learn it and nothing happens and gms say it didnt drop.
