Hello! <Immortality> is a DAY ONE guild. We have been active since Nov 23, 2004, and still have the drive to progress through all Mythic content.

We are looking to fill our roster with exceptional raiders to reach Cutting Edge each tier, compete on meters and have fun while doing it. Many external activities keep us all well intertwined with each other. It's a game after all, and we love playing this game. The majority of us have been here since the beginning and are still here having fun and increasing our pool of friends.

We raid with a semi-hardcore mindset. Staying up to date on your roles and changes will help you and the guild progress.

► Raid Schedule:

Monday: 8:00pm EST to 11:00pm EST
Tuesday: 8:00pm EST to 11:00pm EST
Wednesday: 8:00pm EST to 11:00pm EST
OPTIONAL Sunday farm/alt run 8:00pm est - 10/11pm est.

Be wary of this group.

I started tanking for them around the middle of M EN (mid-November). Showed up to every raid, on time, ready to go for 8 months and even server transferred last month from Korgath -> Stormrage for this guild. Then I had to take a vacation / work break for 3 weeks, and when I returned my spot had been given to a new recruit. I was told to switch to DPS or get out -- no warning or notice.

There are some good people in this guild but don't make the same mistake I did trusting them to do right by you. Just my two cents.

What Celwin conveniently omits from his post is the plethora of attitude problems that he had since joining Immortality. He is unable to take even the slightest bit of criticism, which is something we expect of our raiders (as does any progression- oriented guild).The most egregious example being his sudden ragequit when asked to call for externals (again, as any progression- oriented guild would expect of their tank) during Mythic Goroth progression. This type of behavior is not, and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We took the time during his 3 week hiatus to discuss our options moving forward, and agreed that our best course of action was to replace him with somebody who’s attitude and expectations of themselves more closely aligned with that which we hold each and every one of our raiders. Upon his return, he was told that he would no longer be tanking, but was given the option to swap to DPS and third tank if need be, as we did not think it was fair to immediately remove him from our roster given we had recently server transferred. Unfortunately he declined and went to the forums to make this post.

We tend to give our raiders the benefit of the doubt, but Celwin’s behavior is inexcusable, and as such, he was replaced. It’s unfortunate that we had to part in such a manner, but ultimately it was his decision to leave. Regardless of any bad blood between us both, we wish him the best of luck.

From the vanilla era, not that I remember. There are some still playing but not actively raiding and/or are still on SC.

Afaik, the oldest members we have atm and are raiding are from the BC era (Myself and a few others).

Maybe someone else will be able to correct me as I have a terrible memory for those kind of questions.
