Immersion Idea Thread

Wont get shouted down lol its a fair take, honestly i played ff14 and i didnt like farming the orbs for flying(think that was what they were called), my fav mount system of any game was gw2, each zone was tailored to diff types of mounts and exclusive to certain mount types, WvW pvp was a warclaw/groundmount that dashes forward with abilities to dismount, its where wow got alot of inspration from with dragonriding aswell for gw2 flying system, theres other zones where its alot more verticality so the mount you use there is like a cricket(forgot the name) but it hops very very high and you land on things above you, theres also one for climbing walls that fly and stick to walls. They tailor all their zones to fix the type of mount they want used there(even fly mounts). I really liked that system but obviously from a gameplay perspective i love WoW the most so i play this instead, if i was going for a lore/worldbuilding perspective with high immersion id say ESO does it the best with lore books scattered everwhere, skyshards, open world dungeons where you meet other players, you also meet other players when doing main story quests in alot of area besides maybe harborage. Its also a groundmount only game so you always find other ppl traveling and adventuring in the world
