Imbue your main-hand weapon with the element of Wind

casts windfury

nervously looks over shoulder

quietly swaps off hand to main hand

casts windfury again

now both are windfury

I’ve beaten the system.

This has been known for a while from shaman YouTubers like Tiqqle, it’s not going to matter much though as Blizzard will fix it. They’re forcing us down a route that makes imbues the illusion of choice.

Then I will enjoy this on PTR as much as I can.

Unfortunately, it still only affects mainhand. Even if it were able to work on offhand, windfury hits like a wet noodle; at this point, it should just be renamed to “WindGust”.

Blizzard wants all classes to move away from AA damage, and that seems to have worked for other classes, but it’s completely stripped the identity of the Enhancement Shaman.

Now, we’re stuck with arguably the worst survivability, ok sustained damage, and laughable burst. DH’s are just laughably overpowered, fury warriors have pretty good healing baked into their damage abilities, rogues can stealth, remove dots, heal, and do pretty good damage.

Shamans…we have…Well…we’re shamans.

I mean, I’ve been testing it, and it absolutely does double proc with both imbues. (ie. autoattacking and seeing four windfury hits.

I mean for final release - it’s going to be nerfed

Well yeah. Why would you get interesting imbue choices based on talent picks? :stuck_out_tongue:

Honestly if you want a damage boost, you should put Flametongue on both weapons.
