What would you do to make more money and make the game an essential part of everyone’s life?
hold an event at The Catalina Wine Mixer
Exactly what they are already doing
Make more money for me - or for Blizzard?
Those are two separate things. What may be in my best interests may not be in the best interests of Blizzard.
That would depend on what kind of person you are.
I’d clean "house " first and then start focus on fixing racials in game, adding some sort of housing personal or guild oreinted in any location players would like(obviously not in dungeons or raids, open up class restrictions
Sell all my shares and quit.
I’m way too lazy to ever be a CEO of anything (other than my couch) so probably hire people who actually care about gaming and get rid of the gaming shrinks. Then retire since as CEO I have a golden parachute or two.

This and then live on an exotic island for the rest of my life, sipping margaritas on the beach.
I would combine factions.
I would hire more and better people from my yacht!
takes a deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath “Glyphs”.
I’d put an IO requirement to post on the forums.
make wow classic+ reboots thru every expac in sets of three (so vanilla-wotlk is one game, could call it Arthas, cata-wod is one game, could call it Garrosh, legion-shadowlands is one game, could call it Sylvannas, each triology starting at level 1, all achieves reset but collectibles retained), with custom content, such as:
Summary
------preliminary fixes------
-no level boosts
-if mount added to store, add its recolor to game as collectible in chain quest
-add lfg tool but not lfr tool
-remove racials
-remove cross server everything, merge low pops instead
-add last names to make mergers easier
-re-incentivize guilds
-add one time purchase of flight training to each triology, then good for all expacs in that triology
-remove heirlooms
-simplify and reduce armor styles and drops so new playable races with odd body types are easily added. and add armor tinting/dying/detailing instead.
-----mounts-----
- adding every collectible card mount, discontinued mounts and store mounts, as quest chain attainable in the classic+ expac in which they aired originally, and in the form of recolors so the originals remain exclusive.
-----new-old races in vanilla, lore fix-----
- making high elves for alliance and ogres for horde playable from level 1 classic+ vanilla with their own starting zones. give the high elf models the original tbc belf model set but with dfferent animations, hair, facial hair, eyecolor, emotes and dances. give ogres smaller frames like kul’tirans and develop lore and presence for playable female ogres in game.
-----new-old races in tbc, lore fix-----
–when classic+ tbc rolls around, introduce the fall of the high elves to arthas as a series of ingame events that both factions participate in and which results in the creation of playable horde blood elves, the retaking of silvermoon, and the exile of alliance and alliance high elves from quel’thalas and lordaeron.
– make playable blood elves unique from alliance high elves, with their own dances, animations, hair, facial hair and tattoos. and update silvermoon and quel’thalas graphics. also make sure its flyable for when azeroth flying is added you should be able to fly from then on with no artifical barrier or time sink involved in future classic+ expacs in that triology).
-----new vanilla profession-----
- adding architect and player housing to classic+ vanilla and updating the options as each new classic+ expac is added to a triology. make the housing instanced and associated with the race and faction, with an instanced portal in each starting area to access the instance for the race in question - make it race / faction flavored. add neutral instanced housing portals in new expac zones like zangarmarsh, icecrown, boralas, etc, featuring zone themes.
----important quality of life additions-----
- adding the barbershop, limited transmogs, cheaper mounts/training, dual spec, guild banks, and other small quality of life changes, like auto dismount when selecting flight point, and instant mail to all characters on your account and guild members, to classic+ vanilla.
-----new content-----
- adding new zones, dungeons, raids, to each classic+ expac in a triology
-----complete playable races list-----
- adding new playable races from classic+ vanilla and forward.
examples are:
–playable horde satyrs, ogres and centaur in classic+ vanilla, playable alliance high elves, wildhammer dwarves and dryads/keepers of the grove in classic+ vanilla.
–playable horde naga, arrakoa and blood elves in classic+ tbc and playable alliance draenei, broken and ethereals in classic+ tbc.

–playable horde goblins and tol’vir in classic+ cata. playable alliance worgen and harpies in classic+ cata.
–playable horde pandas and yaungol in classic+ mop. playable alliance pandas and jinyu in classic+ mop.
–playable horde botani and mag’har in classic+ wod. and playable alliance winged arrakoa and podlings in classic+ wod.

–playable horde zandalari, vulpera, saberon, in classic+ bfa, and playable alliance kul’tiran, mechagnomes and sethrak in classic+ bfa.
–no new playable races added in shadowlands?
-----new classes-----
necromancers, battlemages, bards
-----existing zones-----
update the graphics of vanilla, tbc and wrath zones and cities.
I wouldn’t be a good ceo trying to make the most money. I have a business and I make a modest income. I could make more but I prefer giving my staff better wages and more benefits, and providing clients with great services for reasonable prices. I could easily increase my revenue by increasing my prices to match the industry standards, but I personally wouldn’t pay those prices. So I’m not going to charge my clients those prices.
I’d suck at trying to make the most money. I’d focus more on a better product, and better wages for my employees. If that meant I’d only make 1 million instead of 20 million then I’m doing it well.
Set it up so folks can watch Netflix from inside the game.
Wake up because Blizzard doesn’t have a CEO…
But as a Blizzard Lead/Co-Lead I would focus on diversifying my companies income because focusing solely on WoW is a horrible business model.
Budget cut the twitter warriors and virtue signallers. Boom. More profit
So you think firing employees for what they do in their off-work time would somehow make you more money?
Better jump on that before they unionize.
