The only servers to even be close were Gummy's which are no longer operating. Nostalrius and all the deviations from it are a far, far ways from being accurate.
They were actually a joke and only decent for PvP (which they did pretty well). Mob behavior was laughable. They couldn't get levels 1-10 right, let alone raiding or 5 man's. They DID at least have some of the Vanilla difficultly though as far as mob damage. Mob behavior was way off though. Mobs did not lock you in place and get max range, leashing is wrong, pet behavior is WAY wrong.

This is incorrect. None of them were close -- Gummy's work wasn't significantly better than anyone else's. But they were all trying, so maybe give them a break?

Lol there's P2W TBC servers that sell warglaives for $400, their older realms are up for like 10 years, don't think they're getting shut down any time soon
