You actually don’t pay for the first two things on that list, FYI.

You don’t require it. If people insist on playing on mega servers that is their choice and long queue times are the consequences of that choice. Blizzard isn’t forcing you to play on that server. There are many other servers where you won’t face this issue. If you choose not to utilize them then that’s on the player. Not on Blizzard. You are not being denied service. You are being placed in a queue to play on a server at capacity that you have made an informed decision to play on despite knowing there are other options.
Let me summarize for you:
“While I’m sure you would enjoy playing on the server of your choice, with the people you’ve spent years creating friendships with, that is sadly not an option.
If you would like to play this game that you’re paying for, you must accept a transfer to Old Blache, which is a server that has an active population of 179 Horde and 153 Alliance.”
Sorry, victim blaming doesn’t work these days.
You’ve been offered compensation via a free server transfer. The courts would rule in favor of blizzard probably.

To be fair, I don’t think the “just transfer” argument is a great one. The queues across all servers are peaking at like 50k total people. Those servers are all PvP servers, so assuming they’d all like to be on a PvP server, Sulfuras is their only PvP option given. Sulfuras has already moved up from medium to full listing…if even 1/5th of the people in queue took the transfer Sulfuras would end up with a queue as well. I guess maybe they try to revive Earthfury or something, but that’d be a hard sell.
Wait-time apologists have been BTFO time and time again.
The worst is when they are on wait-time servers, yet claim waiting in queue is fine or even “a good thing”.
