Just have 30 of you go on defense like you do 90% of the games and you’ll get 4k honor. Defending FW is absurdly easy, and with enough mages, impossible to overcome even for a premade.
just had back wins over Premades in AV
Its odd out of 5 games 4 have been premades and i have 3 wins so far
we actually lost to the only PuG alliance AV i have had today and then turned around and beat 2 Premade AVs.
then I know of at least a dozen pre mades that should be banded form your discord server, were they just either went afk in the cave or straight up left the game.
Don’t matter if you believe me or not, not all pre mades are as elite as the ones you put together apparently.
again from what I have seen a fair fight horde tear alliance apart, every pug game of a 40 v 40 horde win EVERY TIME. when against a pre made that had the option to chose it’s team comp before hand and is using voice (your hypocritical version of “fair”) horde win 50/50…Imagine losing against a pug as a pre made lmao that stuff is just to funny to me
you should spend some time in them you lucky if you get 1 other person in the same game but yeah thats a pre made alright,.
Any way you look at it, Horde are wasting everyone’s time if they want more honor.
This easiest way to explain this is… if you get 10,000 honor for a 30 minute game (unlikely) that is 333 honor per minute spent in that AV. If you get 3000 honor for killing all of the LTs in a 7 minute game (easily doable killing LTs and getting a token), that’s approx 428 honor per minute spent in game. Math does not lie. Keep in mind, I am just approximating but I gave a much higher unrealistic value to the 30 minute games to show that even with a higher number it is no where near the honor of a 7 minutes loss.
On top of that, the 7 minute games increase that honor even more when you remove turtles because more game become available at a faster pace. BUT, even with an equal 30 minute queue for 30 minute and 7 minute games, 7 minutes games nets you more overall honor. Much more.
Now that you point it out that way i agree with you. Having cleared all the raids up until aq - then getting to open the gates a second time - and having had some pvp gear, exalted bg reps, fleshed out crafting and then being able to move to another new server - that was instantly populated by level 60 players from day 1 gave everyone on BDF a pretty unique vanilla experience.
Still, there was no hwl council, there was no premade discord.
The problem becomes not that people don’t want to try, but that they’re immediately put into a situation where trying is irrelevant. Any non-premade game starts with 10-20 Alliance because it’s a shell game that was created while people were making their pre-made. You won’t get 40 players until maybe 3-4 minutes in and by that point it’s far, far too late to be any sort of competition. 20v40 will lose every single time.
It’s literally the only way alliance can win against horde, trash players with a victim mentality.
God I can’t wait til I get exalted and never run AV again.
The tribalism is strong in this thread.
We literally don’t care. We demolish you scrubs in fair pvp and all your friends are afk in cities waiting for queue or crying on the forums in topics like this.
Horde are nothing without their 100:1 advantage. Have fun hiding stealthed by fps all day like a coward dodging every fair fight cause you get rolled in bgs.
You tell the Horde, Kixx!
Thanks for reminding us how bad we suck in fair pvp as you instant queue into premade AVs and kill Drek with all the warmasters up…
Post on your main kid. You probably are.
While I agree, it’s still fun to try. Everybody is afraid of a long game. You can lose in AV but still gain something… but most folks don’t want to do even that.
premades are just going to kill classic pvp.i have stopped rank grinding and moving on from wow.
retail wow sucks and i dont raid in classic wow so see you later wow.ill be going to eso which has better everything then wow right now especially pvp and the skyrim chapter will be announced soon cant wait.
I always find Alliance responses to these threads hilarious.
Alliance: Your response to us whining about pvp on pvp servers wasn’t supportive so you guys are getting what you deserve when we exploit server population disparities to cheat our way into a BG together when that’s not allowed for you guys! Haha!
These guys would justify using a GM weapon to clear BWL week 1 if the guy who did it ever got killed at a flight path.
then I know of at least a dozen pre mades that should be banded form your discord server, were they just either went afk in the cave or straight up left the game.
So first youre saying its unfair, then you seem to be saying that they suck and you win easily due to them afking out…which is it?
Don’t matter if you believe me or not, not all pre mades are as elite as the ones you put together apparently.
Which is why I only stick w/premades that know wtf they are doing lol.
Thank you however for completely ignoring the below fact though.
I’ve got 0 pity for those who went Horde. It was abundantly CLEAR shortly after that many servers were lopsided in favor of the Horde. Many of you used that to your advantage and took to the zones (STV and the like) in numbers of 3+ killing and corpse camping any alliance you saw no matter the level, as long as they were lower in most cases. Horde are great when it comes to zerging lower levels, farming flight paths and 3v1 fights. Make it fair and the tears roll like the Alabama tide.
Yeah, but that isn’t what happened, lol.
It is cute - alliance has very few premades that a pug group cant counter. I have seen many premades get rekt inside our base and they leave or give up after they wipe the 1st time normally. I have seen a few that tried to regroup and go a 2nd or even 3rd time but typically by this point the game is won for us.
Next, you claim we are salty or upset over queue times and seeing premades. I will admit, im not excited to see premades - but its faaaaar from every game. Id say its more along the lines of 1 match per 5 is a premade. Here is what makes me happy. if you want to rank as alliance right now - you have to live in AV. We queue and get 30 (sometimes 40) minutes before we get queue. We can farm, spam trade/general, and relax between matches. You guys insta-queue so if you want r13/14 you spent every second you played nearly inside of av.
horde do the same thing.
How would you feel about Blizzard doing two things to enhance the AV experience?
- Remove the ability to see which AV# you’re going to join before you accept the pop up.
- Add a 10 minute deserter debuff preventing you from immediately rejoining the queue if you dodge.
