Well I think they should make Chaos Bolt instant, cost no shards, apply a slow and healing received debuff, be off the gcd and give you 10 seconds of Bloodlust/Heroism with no drawbacks each time you use it.

Havoc is now self buff that gives specifically Chaos Bolt to act like it is under the Fire and Brimstone talent. For a hour.

I think it’s OK in PvE and that’s all the balancing that we get.

i used to think warlocks were okay

i was just a casual player in a random bg, just looking for some honor and conquest

then a warlock casted a chaos bolt in 0.9 seconds, then another

he chunked my health in less than 2 seconds, it shook my scrub heart so bad i didn’t even use spell reflect
