Mail set are literally no where to be found, and the only one available from Night Fae, is the worst set in the whole of Shadowlands. It is extremely low res, like we are talking Vanilla era, 2004 in 2020. I hope its not done, but knowing Blizzard, this is probably what they are shipping.
There is no other sets - like anywhere. The art team either has them as the lowest priority or they don’t even know what to do anymore. It is sad because hunters and shaman might as well make at least a third of your player base.
I propose you merge mail and leather, might as well hug each other because mail and leather always get the worst quality from Blizzard.
Look at the plate sets, its like everyone at Blizzard plays a plate wearer.

I rather like the mail set from ardenweald, looks like it’ll fit my vulpera shaman perfectly, especially with that night fae backpack.
I don’t know how, it’s extremely bland… very low res . I can see the pixels on the fur part - like what the f is this quality.
Eternal Palace was the same god damn sh!t. Like zero effort goes into mail.
Mail sets are out for all covenants and they are all decent / pretty good.
Those are questing sets. Not the actual transmog reward
The sets i saw have way to much effort to be questing gear. They are defiantly the reward transmog.

I think they figure that we hunters are used to bad-looking sets. One of the good points about BfA (there are a few) was the Darkshore warfront set, where hunters actually got a good looking set. I’m not surprised if shadowlands goes back to bad mail look.

I don’t think the Venthyr mail set is there, but holy sh!t if those the final versions. The only one that looks even remotely decent is the Necrolords.
Like look at the Kyrian, wtf IS THAT!?? That is like a green set from cataclysm questing zones quality.
huh yeah you’re right vampire dudes are missing the mail tier set, must be not finished yet. But I like all the mail sets with maybe not the angel people. TBH the angel covenant gear i just dont like at all compared to the other 3 covenants. But everyone has different tastes and opinions.
Transmog like a Woodsman, it’s the only way to enjoy Hunter.
Hoping for mail sets to look good is just setting yourself up for disappointment.

These aren’t the covenant sets. The only mail set out right now is Ardenwald. The other 3 are missing still
They are indeed, WoWhead claims that they are the covenant transmog sets.
I went to the wowhead pages for all the covenants. The only one that had a mail set was ardenwald
They showed mail sets on wowhead or I’m mistaken but yeah Mail sets rarely if ever are all that great.
I know it’ll probably never happen, but I’d love that. Whenever I want a new transmog, it feels so much harder to find a decent-looking set (which isn’t an existing tier set.) If I’m on an alt which wears cloth or plate, I never have a problem.
