I'm worried I'm not going to get this Bumblebee Mount

Echoing the sentiments of others I’ve seen on the forums this week. My understanding is that if I do 5 TWD a week for 5 of the 7 weeks, then I’ll get the mount.

But I haven’t read that anywhere, I got that from a Youtuber, so I’m hoping they’re right. I’m also reading that dungeons aren’t being counted. It would be great if we could get some clarification.

I don’t want to finish this event only to find out I either had the wrong criteria, or needed to do an additional step I hadn’t heard/read about.

Not even just this specifically, but along the same vein I am kinda getting ticked off about how much of the game I need to look up in Wowhead or YT to get info. Hardly anything is properly explained in the actual game itself, it needs a 3rd party to lay it out for you.

Not sure what you’re missing here, you’re right. You only need 4 TW dungeons per week to meet the criteria for getting the Mastery of Timeways buff tho. You can track the Turbulent Timeways II achieve, and if you’re doing it right, it should be 2/5 atm.

the community can explain it to you. they are part of the game.

My group found out when they looked at the Achievements. Timeways something. You can track it that way too.

Edit - looks like Simon a couple of posts back already covered this.

Pretty sure you don’t need to do 5 TW a week, you just need to keep the buff active for 5 weeks and do 1 timewalking dungeon a week with the maxed buff on.

I did 4 on the first week to get the buff, then just one WoD dungeon this week and I’m 2/5.

Wish I knew that :joy:

Thank you. I was thinking about asking about this, as the buff we get does not change. Glad to see I can track it this way.

I did 4 dungeons on my DK last week to get the buff, then logged off and didn’t touch him. This week I logged in and did an additional dungeon that refreshed the buff I got last week. The achievement is now tracking at 2/5. So once you get the 4 stack buff one week you only need to refresh the buff by doing 1 dungeon in subsequent weeks.

You’re SOL if you’re doing this on your main cuz if you’re playing regularly the buff will fall off so you’ll have to do 4 dungeons a week

This was covered int his article a few days ago on WoWhead

Doesn’t bother me having to do 4, I’m doing 5 anyway for the weekly quest.

I’m sure it’s handy for some though.

Just make sure that one specific character does it all, I have a alt that is going to do all the dungeons, and then I just use the timewalking dungeons just to level random alts.

It’s in the news article and the achievement.

I haven’t had any issues with dungeons not counting.

I’m 2 / 5 on the achievement, so it’s working fine for me. I’m doing the 5 Dungeon weekly anyway, so I don’t see any issue getting the mount.

I had done 5 last week and got the buff then didn’t play that character again… logging in last night and doing 1 timewalking dungeon… boom! I now have 2 of 5 completed for timeways.

So … maybe make (or use) an alt and play that for the acheesmo? Keep 'em parked with the 3 hour buff and you’re good to go?

Yeah. I had the buff on my hunter last week from running his 5. After the first dungeon of the week, it counted as gaining the buff.

There is bumblebee mount in tww? Can you share what needs to be done to obtain it.

Run 4 Timewalking dungeons a week for 5 weeks during the Turbulent Timeways event.

Oh nice. That should not be to difficult i have many alts that can use cache gear.

Yeah, it’s pretty low key. You can even bypass the 4 dungeons bit if you have a character who maintains the buff (4 dungeon requirement) and hop on them the next week and run another.
