I'm worried about Incapacitating Roar damage threshold

I’m testing on ptr and this still breaks very easily on the target dummy. Maybe it will be better on players.

Unlike the other cc abilities that are getting dmg thresholds next patch (poly, repentance, etc.), this ability does NOT remove dots, making it mostly useless on live as it breaks in a split second and players rarely have no dots on them in pvp.

I think it’s very important to make this viable for several reasons. It gives players a silver lining to the threefold cyclone nerf (length, cast time, high winds removal) who may otherwise feel like quitting. it helps defensively by giving more reliable ways to set up cyclones. It synergies strongly with boomkin’s best comp (pres, rogue, boomy) since the comp lacks many incapacitate dr’s, and the loss of mighty bash is fine since rogue provides enough stuns.
