I'm Wondering about the phrase "Zug Zug"

And whether Orcs will not be allowed to say “Zug Zug” anymore :frowning:

…I always thought it meant, “Yep-Yep!”, Because at least in the olde games, the Peons would reply with that, after following a move command.

and “Dabu” is “Of course!”

I’m old fashioned. I think Zugging should be saved for someone you love.

You think that’s bad, think back on what the Hozen said in Pandaria.

“Me gonna ook you in the dooker”

Daboo.

Kek.

It’s like “ook you in the dooker” they hope you don’t ask questions about it.

Atook aloon to Lana. But no more zug zug?

FAIL

Zug zug is train train in German.
Not sure why Orc peons are so hung up on the German railroad, but there you have it.

100 gold says they will rush to establish an innocent meaning to it.

I mean you’ve seen how jacked those peons are. I think they’re just really into that fitness training lifestyle.

Or make a Euphemism out of it. “Zug Zug” now becomes “Dig Dug” :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Unfortunately, the word “peon” has also become negatively charged, as it denotes someone akin to a slave, with demeaning work and little to no say in if they have to do it or not. Therefore, all peons will now be known as “essential workers.” Same work, same pay, but now with a feel good description.
