Mine just automatically went away when I dragged it into the target area.

Open up the "Help" menu and select "Character Stuck." You can get ported to the nearest graveyard. If that doesn't work then go with Rorrand's suggestion.

If it's a vehicle you could try /leavevehicle. I've had to use that before to exit certain vehicles.

I also got stuck with one after turning in my quest. Kept pulling me back it was great lol. Getting in someones mount fixed my problem.

Eventually you'll eat your way through it.

It's like that rat-torture that I won't go into detail about.

Happening to me right now as well. Super annoying because it keeps dragging me across the dunes
