You can always report inappropriate names regardless of the server type. Namijg something blatantly offensive or its an innuendo whatever has always been against the rules.

hey we name our bank alts that so people won’t spam guild invites, they see the name and think otherwise.

HC alliance on doomhowl is full of sexual or off-putting guild names. I don’t see it at all on horde on nightslayer which is surprising.
This is a millennial game, at very best a gen X game. Boomers can barely run a calculator 9 times out of 10

Perhaps you’ve been lucky, but I have been reporting both names and guild names on Horde side.
The Alliance had nothing but fart names and ‘parts’ names.
Horde have gross names and ‘parts’ names. Though, I am enjoying the silly Tauren names.

They’re probably pre-teens looking to get attention. Just report it and Blizzard will force them to change their name.
I must just be lucky. I started leveling an ally alt and all I get are guild invites to WAP, and ANTI LGBTQ and WOKEMINDRIUS and MAGAT.
It’s just a bit much.

Elon is having a public break up with MAGA on twitter and banning them right now so maybe they will learn their place.
Funny how you consider it childish for someone to be bothered by gross names, when those names were probably created by kids or adults who haven’t outgrown that phase. Quite an interesting reversal of values, wouldn’t you say?

its kinda weird that you care about names at all imo. i could care less what people name their char it has no weight on my gameplay at all. its has always seemed weird to me that people care so much about what other people are doing.

So if people report dumb names the problem solves itself.
