Something is for sure coming. First there was a leak for Classic coming in late May, then the twitter post from Mike Y’barra hinting at hardcore servers, and finally a recent datamined in-dev build of a new update for Classic Era. They also said that this friday they are making an announcement for all of WoW - including Classic Era, Wrath, and Dragonflight. Expect to see something very soon

I saw the first two things you mentioned but where have they said they’re making an announcement on friday?
Yeah, there was a post a few days ago discussing the new content patch for Dragonflight and saying there would be an announcement thing for everything related to WoW. They did also hint that they would have some news for Classic Era.
Fair, I haven’t found anything yet except a news post that just says “Blues News” for friday, so if possible a link would be great
