I loved ef, I loved casting it even when it was bad because it just looked gorgeous and while I understand why it was removed I still miss seeing the waves of little bolts flying across my screen.
So I came up with a solution to bring it back visually without having to balance the hot/mastery buff aspects:
Yu’lon’s Whisper → Jug of a 1000 Cups
While channeling Mana Tea you unleash a rapid twirl of healing bolts at up to 5 allies within 30 yds every 0.5 sec. Each bolt heals a target for (45.5% of Spell Power).
Obviously Jug is better than Whisper but nobody plays whisper anyway so a buff wouldn’t go amiss.
It would also fix the problems both whisper and original ef had: whisper’s cone effect makes it really hard to get full value when you have ranged players in your group and ef long channel and high mana cost stopped you from doing anything else while casting it to not waste a ton of value and resources.
