heya, i’m coming back from a 10 year pause, i used to raid heavily on WOTLK, now i’ve come back to the game to a dead server, I’d love a server with more community oriented feel, not only bunch of peapole queueing for raids on main city hubs afking all the time. nevertheless, i’d also like to join a raiding guild that pushes endgame content. normally i play healer, my mains being a priest and a shaman, also i’d like a server where alliance wins most battlegrounds as mine i’ve havent seen a bg won in years. i’ve always played alliance thats why i want an alliance heavy server. also, i’d love to avoid the higher pop ones like stomrrage and sargeras to avoid queueing times. ive heard good things about dalaran. would you recommend a switch here?
Dalaran is a fine server, but if you’re looking for a server that has a more community feel, you will probably not have much luck. Things are VERY different than they were in Wrath. Even inside guilds people don’t chat in game like they used to as most communication is on discord now. My wife and I have been constantly looking for that same feel as you mention without luck, but as it goes Dalaran has nice people, a lot of different guilds to choose from and at a lot of different skill levels. People here seem more patient than they do elsewhere as well.
