If you use add-ons, Hekili is good for managing enhancement. Enhancement at max level has so many procs, the proper rotation is very hard to manage. Top priority is always wolves, primordial wave, tempest, then MW spenders. Stormstrike should be your MW builder whenever it’s up, then ice strike. Ice strike buffs frost shock for almost it’s whole cool down, so there’s not a rush to use it if something higher up on the priority list is available. Lava lash (if you talented hot hands) would be after stormstrike if it procs. Last on the list is really frost shock. It does damage, but it’s still just a MW builder that should be used when SS and LL are on cool down.
