Which DPS class (melee or ranged) are you finding the most fun at the moment and why?
Having leveled far too much since coming back, I can safely say fury warrior is my favorite. It feels like it fulfills the class fantasy the most while also feeling fast-paced and rewarding.
Not monk. Whirling dragon punch has gotten me killed so many times. Also the spec can be a little frusterating to play because one of ur best defensives is also an offense cd.
I dont think ill be playing monk next tier.
2h enh sha
Demo lock is pretty fun.
With the right talents you can drown people in demons.
Fury. It’s fast and there is never a global where I’m not hitting a button. Unlike my main here where unless I keep my haste up I’m constantly being focus starved for that annoying half second constantly waiting for a cooldown but not enough focus for a cobra shot. God I miss Legion MM…
Having played around with every class I find ranged to be the most fun it lets you stand back away from danger while keep hitting whatever you are attacking.
I thought it was only me… MM Hunter has me balancing instead and it seems Fury has been fast and felt true to how I picture Fury in WoW… but I’m not feeling it anymore after some months.
I personally don’t have a favorite and have had issues settling on something unfortunately.
I enjoy havoc DH… all the mobility and jumping around. It’s a lean rotation but that’s not always a bad thing.
Warrior never stops being fun for me.
Fury warrior feels fantastic to play right now. A great example of a build/spend play style without the lulls that can happen on a class like frost dks waiting for runes.
They may have broken some of the specs out there but I think they nailed fury.
Windwalker is still my favorite spec as its always been. Its a very active rotation, well paced, good damage. God mobility. I will give points to fury warriors too. It’s such a fast playstyle and really fun.
Subtlety Rogues, the mobility, the burst damage, as well as the recent lore regarding Subtlety Rogues and the Magic they used.
The Artifact Knowledge itself tells me how Shadow magic works as well as the difference between Shadow and Void
.
Akaari is also my favorite character out of all the WoW Characters.
I’ll echo those that have mentioned fury. My warrior might be an alt and yet, each time I play him it feels really rewarding and fun.
Also, I’ve been leveling a surv hunter and it’s borderline annoying how well the spec flows.
fury is fun. i also like bm hunter caz you can get your pet to tank for you. there are all the pets you can tame, from big bad boss looking ones to stupid ones like bumble bees, lol
In terms of Easiest, I found Havoc Demon hunter to be really simple to play effectively though it generally felt unrewarding which is why I stopped playing her after reaching level 120.
Most rewarding is playing my Floozie Arms Warrior (yes she’s a Blood Elf but was an Orc back in Vanilla) which is why she’s my favourite alt atm.
I’ve tried Fury so many times and always reverted back to Arms, but maybe it’s just me
im going back to healing. Put it off for years now. grew up as a healer enjoy it and now it’s time to come back.
started off as a holy paladin; as far as paladins go i wish i liked melee in this game or i’d play one but i honestly can’t stand majority of the melee classes in WoW for the content i intend to do or just for pure enjoyment so im going back to druids. Shaman was my 2nd pick but it just feels awkward to me over the shaman healing wise. idk if it’s because i never really played a shaman or just because it feels weird in general to me.
Warrior and DH for sure
I prefer arms play style but when I want to solo things that do real damage I find myself going back to fury, second wind just doesn’t compare to bloodthirst heal from a charge talent
I’ve never been one for for melee in general, but for some reason arms never picked my interest even if I did try it almost every xpac. But then on the pre-patch for legion I tried the changes for fury, and it was as if I’ve discovered something new, exciting, and that somehow, worked with me despite my bias towards casters… it is weird, hehe.
