How can I convince him to play the superior faction with me? I told him that I’d help grind his new horde toon to 120 but he doesn’t want too.
He really likes foxes though. So if horde gets vulpera as a playable race, he’ll probably want to make one.

Boyfriend got me into the game, tried so hard to get me to play Horde, was actually annoying at first, made me not want to play, as I wanted to explore the game for myself.
I did level a Horde to max though, but I just didn’t like it very much. The inconsistent theme and NPCs really bugged me. One moment you’re helping a Tauren grow trees, next moment you’re burning alive people and chopping down a forest.
Really takes me out of the game as a RPer. I found Alliance generally has a very universally shared theme among its races. You’re not gonna help a village against some Undead, then run off and be told to slaughter the next towns civilians.
Oh, I like horde because the whole “outcasts banding together to survive in a world that hates them” thing.

If so, run.
I mean I feel at one point that was the theme of The Horde, The Underdogs and outcast, but recently it seems The Horde is always winning and blowing up Alliance cities, and seemingly ahead until the last second.
Seems new writers didn’t really get the theme.

One Faction Change later…
This is an actual event in my earlier relationship. I later returned the favor but from Horde to Alliance.
You could do the right thing and join him on the real superior faction.
Maybe you both should have a Horde and Alliance character and swap back and forth.
You probably have to tell him that Alliance is the superior faction just to stroke his ego. Yknow, butter him up so he’s more suggestive. And ask him under what conditions would he really enjoy the leveling process. Maybe he wants a nude per 10 levels? /shrug
But we all know the Horde is superior. Shout out to Baine. 
It really depends on who has the more established groups to do things. If he is a raider with a group that he’s played with for a long time and you don’t then you are being quite selfish. On the other hand if you are the one with the more established group, then he is being selfish. If both of you have equal groups, then one just has to sacrifice and in that can easily be him - you as a woman have the most powerful motivator, and I don’t think I have to explain what that is.
Get out of here with that crazy logic.
