I'm glad that LFR Denathrius is out now

Honestly I think Xavius in lfr felt tougher than this guy

Yep.

I have a priest alt. Since she’s an alt, I had no desire to pug a normal/heroic.

So I had to go without her BiS holy lego until this week.

Should have been a new wing every week.

He wasn’t even that difficult on Normal. Once my guild figured out how to get him down to 75% fast enough to trigger phase 2, it was GG. After that was easy to kill him. Took another try or two but that was just working out a few kinks in the strategy.

Nothing superior what I said little fox friend

Everyone has a chance to do the said content

If normal, heroic and mythic were time gated as lfr is, people would quit

2010

January 19 - The [Crimson Hall] of Icecrown Citadel opens.

February 2 - [Patch 3.3.2]

  • The [Frostwing Halls], the final wing of Icecrown Citadel, opens.
  • [The Lich King] encounter is implemented.

not quite.

Yes you’re so amazing, everyone in the world has the exact same opportunities as you do to dedicate to video game so they have no excuse not to be able to raid in the way you deem the most acceptable for seeing the story content in the game.

lol yeah WW are the new hunters they are everywhere

This is probably the first raid tier I don’t care enough about the story, the ‘bad guy’ or the rewards to even bother with LFR.

tried to main a warlock but then someone in my guild wanted to raid as one, when we we’re still planning on raiding. so i thought “ww is usually mid pack and i can tank or heal if i want to” literally right after he’s leveled i look at something that said ww was #1 dps in CN and i was like headdesk lol

That’s what makes it possible for LFR groups to do it.

May I remind you that Durumu from ToT existed as well? He was pretty up there in terms of awful fights for Raid Finder.

LFR N’zoth was hilarious. He literally didn’t do anything, but tanks just refused to pick up the tentacles.

6-10 stacks of Determination for every kill.

? After I did normal Ny’alotha with others, I never met them again.
Obtaining legendary doesn’t change what we do.

If what you say is truly what they are after, they have to do better about it.

The best part was how scripted the fight was. The only randomness in the fight was who would get linked together. You knew the spawn points, you knew when the portal would spawn. It was amazing to watch people just die so easily on what was not a challenging fight for LFR.

If what you say is truly what they are after, they have to do better about it.

You’re still playing, so they’re obviously doing something right.

Either A) You join a guild to do normal on the hopes you get integrated with the guild, or B) You wait the 1.5 months for LFR to finally allow you to kill the last boss.

In Blizzard’s eyes, you’re staying for the community you joined, or holding out longer for the boss, both of which are ways to keep people subscribed for longer to see the content.

Neither applies. Seriously, people should get that not all players are playing for raids.

The whole thread is about Sire Denathrius, dude.

No s— not everyone plays for raids, I never said that. But for the people who want to see the raiding content (either for story, gear, or legendaries), this is what Blizzard is pushing for; to either make LFR people who aren’t in a community find one to push normal, or have them wait so they can pay another month for the game to finally do the content.

I said it’s the same as Blizzard pushing M+/raiders towards PVP for the PVP gear, surely PVPing isn’t raiding, yes?

Blizzard needs to have LFR on weekly release per wing. This way your super casuals get something every week until all the wings are unlocked. If they want to wait a week until mythic drops that’s fine as well. This every other week nonsense needs to go.

And I am saying such people do not exist, as in paying sub purely for the sake of seeing raid content. LFR heroes do not care if raids disappear altogether, because raiding is obviously not their ultimate goal. And for that very specific reason, extending LFR release doesn’t produce any benefit to anybody - is my, and our, I believe, point.

I’m an LFR hero and raiding is my ultimate goal. I just hate pugging and can’t commit a lot of time to raid team.
