I know it is wild concept and for some reason hard to comprehend for majority of people but: the video games are for relaxation not to struggle and suffer.
Either nerfs wll come and fast or players will leave and also fast.
I definitely didn’t do FRC Chalice dungeons in BB to relax heh
I did it on tier 8.
I never said I did on tier 11.
It’s plenty relaxing on early tiers.
Does “It’s meant to be relaxing” mean harder tiers can’t exisit?
I healed it in a random group and it was easier than the other M0s I did today. (as a resto shaman - rest of the group was BDK, Aug, FMage, DLock, I had 586 gear) (https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-gb/character/eu/khazgoroth/life
- EU player)
How Microsoft chooses to distribute the profits for any of its products between the divisions and subsidiaries that create the profits is not relevant to whether Microsoft can afford to properly pay its devs, properly test its products, or set a release cadence.
For weeks everyone is crying about no content release M0/T8 Delv/Raid
Now everything is over tuned and too hard and wahh.
I’m getting nuked in Tier 8 Delves on my Devoker, 582ilvl and im sure my Brann is now here near “where it should be” and i’m having a blast. Tier 7was a fun challenge.
2nd Boss of Heroic Raid last night is our wall and I’m enjoying it, I think there are some little bugs, or we aren’t understanding a mechanic correctly.
one of our DKs just did a T8 Delve solo no issues… The challenge is nice after face rolling for so long, I’m just questioning my Class/Spec choices with Devoker right now, but that’s what I do all the time.
If Microsoft distributes profits to cover costs then that money is no longer “profit”. Profit is that portion of revenue remaining after costs.
Now here is a simple fact. If employees are being paid below industry standard, they tend to leave the company and go work somewhere else for better pay. That is especially true in the computer software industry.
One person said the location mattered but I’m sure there are plenty of software jobs in the Irving CA area.
are you going to enjoy it on 700 wipes?
I always could have challenge, just pick appropriate + level for mythic
End game content should be hard, u can always do it next week or the week after or the following as players curve higher in power while the raid stays stagnant. Not everyone can achieve and do the raid. There’s also LFR.
They should in subsctription based product at least to the end of current cadence.
Why it needs to be explained tho?
Just from normal I think that is going to be our first wall as well. Aiming the beams correctly and split adds are probably going to be a big issue.
No it shouldn’t, why does money influence your capability to finish something?, just the opportunity to finish it seems like what we paid for. Its an online environment with a challenge everyone faces, you didn’t pay for a consolation award. If that’s the case it compromises the core challenge of the game. There’s the new movie mode for lore for people that dont want to invest the time for the game because they have other obligations
You got 81 likes but what is that badly tuned? What are we talking about ?
Curious about this as well. Delves as a solo caster seems a bit overtuned right now - at least when we don’t have access to slows or interrupts. They’re crucial to many casters.
Some H Dungeons can be a mess too. I dropped my healer like a rock after I did the brewery. There was just no way to keep up with the damage in a pug group- even on Heroic. Switched to DPS. Saw another guild group leave later. Finally ended up in a 4/5 guild group who was able to complete it using a Shaman healer. Not to mention Dawnbreaker, but I suspect that will get easier as time goes on. I don’t like it much though.
Yes it should, let me explain this in 1000000000th time.
If casual players denied progression and maximum available gear they will quit,
if the game overtuned for them they will quit.
In RPGs progress is time based not skill based (as it should be).
The way blizz does it casuals are deniend content they have purchased.
It is simple really.
There’s the bugs which are important to address but the raid isnt badly tuned, sure its hard, but thats the whole point. You organize, prepare and learn with a team of people to persevere, to overcome adversity. That’s why I pay for the game.
Are you a marketing board member? Why is it more important to keep numbers or appease people to play end game content when they already have LFR, they can also finish it in a few weeks? Why is your money’s worth more important than the experience the game has to offer as a challenge?
Do you know how many people you alienate if the skill aspect of the game is gone? Not only for people who enjoy it but the people that can see a ceiling that they can aim for.
This is called achievement, if the achievement is a farce its not very appealing for many players. I definitely wouldnt come back. Whats the point if there’s no challenge?
Yeah we’re having issues with the beam, and then packs being split between the beams… and only a couple DPS can make it to the one random ad and can’t get them down.
We’re all undergeared… average was like 585.
