I can play for about five minutes before being disconnected. What’s the problem?

A couple things I - not a tech expert - can suggest. First, shutdown/restart your router. Also, try disabling all add-ons and logging in and see if that does anything. Those are easy “first step” type of things to try.
Also, if you have alts, log into one of those and see if you have same issue.
After that, you can clear some stuff in WoW folders, but I’ll leave that to a Blue or other tech-oriented player to share.
FYI - I have same error atm on one 'toon, but not on others. In that instance, I am more caught in a glitch, where I get booted almost immed upon logging in. Can’t even move or hearth.

Okay, try clearing out anything living in the following folder (full path provided):
C:\Program Files (x86)*World of Warcraft_retail_\Cache\WDB\enUS*
The first part of the above path may not necessarily be where your game is stored, but once you get to the “World of Warcraft” (bolded) folder, the rest should be accurate.

If you are on a metered connection it will download all your previously stored zone data again
Any update on this issue? im having the same problem.

I also have this error and just got off the phone with my Internet provider and they see no issue on their side.
