Looks like Blizzard is desperate to show off Jaina to newer fans. Not even 3 steps into the maw we’re met with some kind of “mysticism” so badly integrated I couldn’t have rolled my eye balls even more. My eye balls were almost rolling vertically from the top seeing the inside of my brain and back out at the bottom.

There is someone at Blizzard’s HQ that has a thing for Jaina like Metzen had for Thrall but this time it’s even worse.
Darion Mograine was basically almost breaking the 4th wall, almost jumping through my computer screen to tell me how super duper awesome and powerful the Admiral is, like they forgot Jaina being strong was a thing since MoP where she absorbed the power of a being near godhood.
Not to mention that we just had an expansion where Jaina played a huge role. I couldn’t help but think “wow someone at Blizzard must really like Jaina that they still force her on newer players who are starting this expansion”.
Jaina is so damn powerful, we got the memo when she could drown the entire city of Orgrimmar, we got that memo not even an entire expansion ago when Horde players faced Jaina and she walked away with not even a scratch.
Let alone that she was holding back an army, she also escaped multiple times from her cages. So not only was she the sole person out of the characters that were abducted to break free, Blizzard goes double ham and tell us she did it multiple times too. Just to really rub it into your face.
And holograms? Really? Since when was that a thing? I guess that was pushed in to explain how she already knew everything while Thrall, Darion and the PC were just the lackeys doing whatever she commanded.
Thrall got hate because he was Green Freaking Jesus. Think it’s overbearing when someone mentions a very powerful archmage is very powerful and an archmage?
Well, hold on to your butt, because here comes Thrall!! He is practically single-handedly holding the Maelstrom back, with a handful of lovely assistants who are too busy to talk. But not Chad Thrall! He can tell you all about everything while stitching the world back together again! But he leaves you wanting more, huh? Well, no worries, because Thrall just de-Voltroned himself and now he’s split into Water Thrall, Earth Thrall, Wind Thrall, and the metalest Thrall of all, FIRE THRALL!! Hear him growl out Aggra’s name like he gargled on razor blades and washed his mouth out with gravel!! Marvel as he gets married to Aggro!!
Oh, but wait. We have even more Thrall for you! Because now Thrall’s the mother freaking Earthbinder!! Yeah, dragons? They for lamers and losers. Thrall’s basically a whole black dragon aspect all by himself!! Y’all ain’t even nothing, Thrall could solo this entire raid tier himself!! Watch him prove his awesomeness by kill stealing your whole guild on Deathwing!!

Jaina only wishes she were Thrall. Jaine… Only wishes she could be with Thrall.
Just tell her how you feel about her, Soymilk. Go up to Jaina, tell her about your crush, and maybe you’ll get lucky. Or maybe not, but then you’d know. And then you could move on.
The game only ever focuses on a handful of characters. And Jaina has been a flagship character. It makes it easier to write a story and especially to market it.
