No you dont.
Doesnt mean you were any good if even true.
You have your opinion. Its just wrong.

the same hunters who use barrage are the ones who say bm is a 2 button rotation.
^ This
People assume that it absolutely MUST be on their bar because they have it in their spellbook, yet there are things that serve zero purpose to your main rotation, or are so situational that they should never be anywhere near your main keybinds.
Show of hands from the death knights: do any of you actually put Runeforging onto your hotbar?
Listen Stun, there are things that you can put on your hotbar, but overall there are certain skills that arenât going to make or break your rotation. If youâre feeling overwhelmed, it might be time to pinpoint what you actually need versus what is situational.
If you arenât doing a ton of PvP, you could likely start by ditching Flare.
I mean you also have flare -which you use in the flare/tar trap combo to proc the embers leggo, you have wild spirits, binding shot is very useful as well.
Hunterâs Mark causes the marked mob to deal less damage to you, if you have selected Marksmanâs Advantage as your Endurance Conduit.
Sure, but he listed Flare separately.
Get an MMORPG mouse if you need more buttons. I have a Logitech one I got for 19.99 and I swear by it.
If you donât have one and find yourself running out of keysâŠ
Try binding to Mouse Wheel (left, right, up, down, Push In) and then the same thing with shift. Thatâs 10 keybinds right there.
I think frost mage has a very easy offensive rotation. Majority of times itâs 3 buttons.
single target: frost bolt, flurry, ice lance. icy veins every 3 minutes or less and covenant ability macroâd.
aoe: frost nova, blizzard, and frozen orb
Demon hunter, frost death knight, elem shaman, arcane mage, balance druid, guardian druid are all pretty easy. Hardest ones to me are unholy dk and marksman hunter.
Some people were while others were complaining there were to many. I tend to be in the later half as I have limited hand mobility. It would be nice to see a range of specs some that require a ton and others that are a bit less bloated. Alternatively they could do this with the talent section. Have a talent that doesnât add a button and another that does on every single line. That way its up to the player.
With that said BM is ok, you have a fairly small basic rotation, the rest while used often is situational enough to be able to click. About the only time I have trouble with clicking would be dropping traps. Here though you can often predrop it and tanks can kite through it (enraged bears.) Even something like mist caller were Iâve seen some hunters able to drop frost trap on the fox before it even spawns can be preplaced in the center and people just kite into it as needed.
You canât possibly be serious? Do you not have a gaming mouse, or gaming keyboard you can bind most of those to?
Sheesh
Dude, just keep your barbed shot debuff up and press kill command. Add in multishot in aoe to get beast cleave going. Three buttons. Enjoy.
Thereâs more to the spec than that but if youâre complaining about complexity of one of the least complex specs in the game you arenât doing anything where it matters. lol
Youâre absolutely right. Wow has become much more complex over time. But you can see this with many games as they age. e.g. league of legends has become more complex over time than it was.
The reason why games do this is because the developers try to keep things fresh as players become more experienced with the game. Wow has had a number of prunings to come back from the complexity and has had a recent âunpruningâ as well.
I think rotations for classics should be easy and straight forward and challenge should come from encounters. And developers should be using new encounters to keep the game fresh not making the classes more complex.
its a critical hunter ability if torgast is anything to go by. If you use scare beast on a mawrat it will die after a few seconds.
Itâs 1%, deal with it.
Top hunter logs show Kill Shot damage at about 2% of overall dps. If you take out kill shot and replace those globals with arcane shot and focused shot, it should be less. And on Sylvanas, the only fight where it should matter, Kill Shot sees less use because Sylvanas never falls below 45% hp. Adds only.
Hunterâs Mark should be off the GCD so you could macro it in to all your spells. It no longer provides a damage boost so there would be no harm in doing this.

1% matters.
Not everyone plays on LFR. If you think execute damage doesnât matter
1% damage will be solved by getting more gear. Everything can be done at 240 ilvl, but people should be getting to ilvl 254 soon enough. Thatâs naturally (1.01)^14= 1.1495x as much damage. Take out the 1% from kill shot and itâs 1.13798x as much damage.
If you canât do something with a 13.8% damage AND 14.95% hp advantage over other people, itâs not going to happen nor should it.
personally i do think overall every class has too many keybinds in this game. Im not a fan of eso because of the game performance in large scale pvp but they did get one thing right and thats 12 key binds per character that can be swapped out. choices were very important for builds. New world is also looking very good as well.
We will of course get a lot of get gud comments from the handful of players on the ladders above 2200 but when you look how few people actually pvp compared to the millions that play I do feel the game may be too complex for the average player but thatâs okay as well. I just worry if something isnt done new players wont give it a solid try
Stick to LFR because add damage does matter. Not to mention hunters arenât super intense to bind.
Itâs a l2p issue.
I agree. Add damage does matter. Hunters donât have a lot of buttons. Neither do mages fwiw. Iâm saying that the <1% wonât matter because people will make up for it with gear.

Please never come to LFR because youâd be super lame and ruin the fun for everybody.
