Yea all bfa titles are avail you just have to complete the class hall quest lines. Mounts also avail you just have to do all broken isle chapters which mostly everything around the shore/halls.

Huh. I just googled it and it does appear that the FBI is looking into emails that were on the HD. So the HD must exist.
