Illustrious Jewelcrafter's Token gone from Vendor

Hello everyone,

By the looks of it, Illustrious Jewelcrafter’s Token are no longer available to buy for Illustrious Gemdust at the vendors.

Is this a bug, or did it get stealth removed from the game? I don’t remember reading anything about that in any patch notes.
