Illusions and enchants look faded

Hey y’all,

Having a problem with enchants! All graphic settings are on ultra, tried different enchants (Power torrent, executioner, and mongoose) on different weapons. They all appear barely visible and faded. Did they reduce the the visible effect on all enchants?
