Has anyone gotten the Void Edge weapon illusion from the newly re-enabled Horrific Visions of Stormwind in The War Within? From what I understand, it only drops from the final chest after defeating Valeera in Old Town, not from Alleria’s chest. You have to clear at least one mid-zone (like Mage Quarter or Dwarven District) to unlock Old Town, and if you kill Alleria first, the run ends — so Old Town must be done beforehand. I’ve done over 10 runs already with no luck, and I’m wondering: has anyone gotten it recently? Did you use any masks? Does full clearing matter? Can it drop more than once on the same character? Any tips or confirmations would be really appreciated.
I got it. I don’t really remember how or when. If I had to guess it was on one of my 5 mask full clears a couple weeks ago.

yes, it can only drop when you defeat the entire old town objective and will come from Valeera’s chest at the end.
I did get it.
From my understanding, you can farm it on zero masks and it can drop.
but from my experience, i farmed it for a couple hours with zero masks, then did a five mask run and it dropped from the first five mask run i did.
i doubt five masks is needed, but perhaps one mask is required? or at least increases the chances?
I did it with one mask and got it after a few runs.
I did a full 5 mask in Stormwind. That seemed to do the trick for me. Dropped on I think my 2nd or 3rd attempt running those.

I got it, but I had it already from the original Horrific Visions.
Got the illusion after doing 8 mask 3 times. Not sure if that makes any difference or not
It’s not 100% drop though, it’s 7% right?!
