As title states, you learn the illusion and you can’t find the enchant to put on your weapon when you go to transmogrify it.
Same issue here with both the Kyrian and Necrolord illusions that came out today with the Renown cap hitting 36.

Same here on the Kyrian Illusion : Transcendent Soul. It doesn’t show up on the mog mount OR the void NPC’s that do mog and storage. I asked in general, no one knew anything about it.
