Bought the Illusion: Transcendent Soul today from my cov vendor, and learned it. Yet when I go to use it while transmogrifying it is not on the list.
Double checked inventory I did learn it, double checked vendor it says already learned. and tried logging out and back. It still doesn’t appear on my list of illusions to use.
My friend just bought the Maldraxxus one. Same issue. Looking for any fixes. Tried relogging, etc.
I can see mine, but it has a red border and the transmog NPC won’t show it to me as an option. I can only see it in the appearances pane, and again, it has that border that means I can’t use it for some strange reason. Any way we could get someone from Blizzard chiming in on this? These enchants are supposed to be the headlining covenant feature one can unlock this week but they all seem broken and buggy.
Edit: Just picked up Unbreakable Resolve on my death knight Necrolord and I can confirm that the same thing is happening with that enchant for me. The character that unlocked it by hitting Renown 36 and purchased it can’t use it, it’s just sitting as a collected appearance in my weapon enchantment transmog collection, and no transmog NPCs anywhere will even show it to me as an option.
Same issue here as stated above logging out and back in does nothing you can see in your illusions with a red border like its still locked. If you go back to renown vendor it shows already learned but no Transmogrifier will allow you to use it both mounts and vendor npc
Happening with Night Fae as well, they didnt think ahead on this… now we have to wait.
Same issue w/ “Illusion: Wild Soul” (Night Fae), and my Venthyr friend has the same issue with their covenant’s Renown 36 Illusion as well.
A poster on WoWhead by the name of ‘greenland’ posted this on the item page for Illusion: Transcendent Soul back in November during beta:
“Nov 11 and it still seems like no appearance actually gets added when the item is consumed. /shrug”
Apparently this has been a reported bug for a while now.
Ditto here. Should have saved my 2500 anima for later I guess.
Having the same issue with unbreakable resolve. It wont show in my list at all after collecting it.

This has been a bug since beta, there is even a youtube video about this if you search for Transcendent Soul illusion bug.
Blizzard has had months to fix this issue and simply let it fall to the backburner, gives me concerns about how it’s gonna affect covenant stuff going forward.

It’s an enchant transmog. Click the icon below the weapon and choose the Illusion graphic that way.
