Does the Illusion: Transcendent Soul has some kind of requirement to use? I have it unlocked but it has a red border.

That must be why, I was wondering the same about unbreakable resolve. I’ve hit 80 on one character with he venthyr and it must explain why I can use sinwrath.
I try to forget that Shadowlands exists. Getting 80 isn’t that tough these days maybe I need to jump back and grind that out.
