You need to report it in game, blizz don’t read forums as oficial reports and will give priority to the bugs that are most report

February 4th now and this is still broken…at this point i’d be happy with a tooltip update…C’mon Blizz, the Demon Hunters pay just as much every month as EVERY other class!!

jaja you expect to much form their QA team, even when you tell them the bug, they cant or they pretend, or dont care.
