For those wondering, after Supremus, the chain he’s talking is the one in the left corner of the room when you enter it. You need to get behind of the chain “anchor”, double jump/dash as you’re facing the chain to get on the concrete anchor and then climb with double jump/glide. You may need to adjust the line as you jump but its easy I got it on first attempt.
