Killed illidan, it’s after the RP stuff, his dead body was unlootable on ground before it disappeared. Can I get the items recovered and sent to my mail please, I’m locked out now for the week during the extra loot event.

Sorry to say, but they can’t send you loot without you being able to loot the boss/mob beforehand. The server makes the look upon looking them and that loot is saved as logs for GMs/post master works off of.
Same here, Illidan not lootable, saved to raid… No loot in mail.
This has been an issue for years. You have to go very slowly. After each phase, count to 10 before doing any damage.
Just had this happen, sent a ticket but hopes aren’t super high that anything can be done
I just had this happen as well. I believe what is happening is that he is getting to 1% and after the RP is up, Maiev lands the killing blow which in turn locks you out of the loot. This just feels bad after putting forth the effort to clearing the raid for nothing.
