I submitted a ticket (US105378601) that read:
I finished BT and killed Illidan. I got the 500 rep and Maive, Illidan, and Akama did their RP. I stepped away to get a drink, and when I came back, everyone was gone and there was no loot. No big deal, right? Just leave and it will be mailed to me. Nope. No mail. I want my other Warglaive weep
GM Benoekaata said to submit a bug report if I killed him “multiple times to correctly receive loot or quest credit.”
I guess GM Benoekaata either didn’t understand my issue or didn’t read it correctly. I did kill him to the point I got credit for killing him (as shown by the rep I received). I’ve farmed him many times, so I’m not unfamiliar with the loot and character RP processes. The problem this time is that he vanished leaving nothing behind and nothing mailed to me in-game.
The character this happened to is my only character with one of the warglaives already (DK Nymeriáh on Moon Guard), so seeing as how this drop bonus is only a one-month event and I can only kill Illidan (on this one character) about 4 times before the event ends, losing one of only 4 boosted chances at my second warglaive VERY depressing and frustrating.
I’m guessing by what is basically a canned non-response to my ticket that no loot can be generated and mailed to that character in-game, so here’s the bug report so you can look into it further.
