So if I don’t do any Mythic + or raiding, will I have opportunities to raise my ilvl pas season 3 levels? If so, how?

Will you do heroic dungeons? Heroic dungeon vaults give 441 right now, and m0 vault gives 450 right now. Since heroic is becoming m0 and they are adding 39 ilvls, heroic dungeon vaults should be 489 in season 4.
They’ll probably increase the ilvl of world content rewards like they did at the start of S3. And if you do LFR at all, the ilvl it drops are definitely going up. AND, unless they changed it, you’ll get dinars/bullion from the weekly dungeon quests to buy gear.

The did this retroactively to armor? I thought they only raised the ilvl of new zone amor?

well, I always join groups to quest doing WQ’s and other stuff. I just don’t do raids or M+… well, yet. I may try it in 10.4. Just have massive Anxiety in high pressure content.
All the world content stuff is going to be getting an ilvl increase also afaik
There is the new Mythic 0 content which is like a Mythic +10 atm but with no timer and no affixes in Season 4. This would give you some really nice gear every week and drops loot off each boss but is locked to one dungeon per week.
None of that makes you a casual though.
Group content isn’t high pressure content until maybe the higher end

The weekly quest in vald reward bullions to purchase gear from vendor. Quests will be similar to how it works now, like doing world quests and such.
So do I and I raid mythic.
Casual isn’t defined by content.

Snozh loves to argue and claim he is correct and that his opinion is based in fact, even when something like the idea of casual can mean many different things to different people, he will still say he is right. Best to just ignore him and move on and not even engage with him.
