Then what’s the point? Why even have that feature? Flagging someone’s post or topic has become the new Thumbs Down or just another way of griefing.
Oh don’t forget to flag this topic for spam or something, would kinda add to my point if people had to click to see it 
I’m more likely to click and read a hidden post to see why it was hidden than to read 90% of the other crap on this forum.
Anyone to reach anything may or may not like it. When they feel criticized they will flag the post as a way of showing a disagree with it
I like to see what people deemed flag-worthy.
I always click it. It’s like a box marked “Don’t touch - delicious cookies inside!”
Pretty much. Someone flagged one of my posts that contained an old expression which some people seem to think is racist (even though it’s actually the opposite).
It is what it is.
The flag usually means one of two things.
1: It’s true
2: It’s dangerously true.

I open flagged content. Sometimes I agree it should be flagged but sometimes I think why was this flagged? In fact, there’s a recent post about “you’ve ruined the game yourselves” or something and it was flagged - sure the guy was having a small meltdown (haven’t we all) but I didn’t see how it warranted flagging.
It’s just another social credit system. It doesn’t work. It’s just the new dislike button.
All that little message does is tell me
‘This ones spicy’
anyone I’ve ignored, I’ve ignored for a good reason… They are really very few… No I won’t read them, and if they are the OP of the thread I won’t even read the thread. I believe there is only one panda on that list so far.

You can flag yourself with your alts to make your point too, I did it once but a mod restored my post and ruined my meta joke.
Exactly. If I’ve gone to the lengths to ignore a user, it was for a very good reason.
I click it. Usually I just sigh and think “yeah, I can see why this was flagged” but there have been some real mind bending bogglers on the flagged list.
It would stop if they punished false flaggers… But we know they dont do that.
Ya, I normally click and read it because people have become so bigoted that anything that they disagree with they flag. So I give the OP the benefit of the doubt and see if their post has merit.
Is that the only time you were sad for being forgiven?
